This is a 20 minute home football workout that uses limited equipment and limited space. All you need is a football, 4 household items and a bottle of water. Coach Nathaniel Dorsett focuses on a combination of ball mastery skills, fitness, strength and condition work, followed by some cool down stretches. The workout provides progressions for each activity, so you can challenge yourself according to your ability. As you improve, increase your speed or the number of reps; however, never lose site of your technique.
